Branding Idea

One of the most challenging tasks for any designer is to create their own branding. While you have a lot of concepts in your mind, it’s not easy to choose the one that represents you better as a professional. The goal is to let people see your personality through your brand. I identified the main areas that characterize me as a designer better. Minimalism, creativity, and flexibility are the impressions that I want to put on the viewer. The logo is composed of my initials “Z” and “M” (Zahra Mohsenisani). This logo is very simple in character and design, but the concept has a certain feeling of playfulness and thinking out of the box that has been shown by organic shapes and is not limited to any framework.

Design Process

I started my logo design process by drawing some thumbnails which is a good way to explore different concepts and ideas quickly. The next step was sketching from chosen thumbnails to experiment with different compositions. After achieving a clear and minimal look, it was time to digitalize the logo.

Colour Palette

I chose the blue colour for my brand because I always have the feeling that this colour represents me and my personality. The certain feeling of creativity and thinking out of the box has also been shown by the Amaranth colour. I believe everything has its own personality, so the Lavender Blush colour has been chosen instead of pure white to match with the dark blue and complement this beautiful palette.
